About

Patryk Gajewski – a37gallery

At a37gallery, I believe that art has the power to transform a space, evoke emotions, and simply make everyday life a little more interesting.

Based in Amsterdam, I have a particular interest in modern and contemporary art and in the posters and graphic works that have accompanied some of its most important exhibitions and artists.

My collection includes works by artists such as David Hockney, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, Georg Baselitz and others.

I am especially drawn to exhibition posters because they often have a story of their own. They can capture a particular exhibition, moment, or period in an artist's career, while also standing as interesting works of graphic design.

A carefully selected collection

I personally select the pieces offered through a37gallery, paying attention to the artist, date, publisher, dimensions, condition and, where available, provenance and exhibition history.

I look for works that have something distinctive about them whether it is the artist, the exhibition they were created for, the design, or simply the story behind the piece.

My goal is not to make art feel distant or overly formal. I want people to be able to discover a poster or artwork they genuinely connect with and enjoy having in their home or collection.

Experience & trust

Over the years, a37gallery has sold more than 2,300 objects through established international marketplaces and has received more than 500 customer reviews, with a 99%+ positive feedback rating.

This experience has taught me the importance of being precise about the condition and details of each piece, communicating clearly with collectors, and taking great care when packing and shipping artwork.

Today, a37gallery serves collectors and art lovers internationally, with a particular focus on modern and contemporary art posters, exhibition posters and collectible graphic works.

I started a37gallery with a simple idea: great art should not only be seen in galleries and museums. It can also become part of the places where we live and work.

Art should be for everyone.
